To Renew Online:
To renew online, you must create an account by requesting a PIN letter in the MyTaxes portal.
- Log in to MyTaxes.ky.gov and register a new account.
- Navigate to Profile, then Add New Taxpayers.
- Select the option "I do not have enough information about my business, and I need a PIN letter.”
- On the next page, select AGRICULTURE EXEMPTION ID option and enter your Agriculture Exemption License Number.
- You should receive a success message that a letter will be mailed.
Once you receive your PIN letter in the mail, you may follow the letter instructions to complete registration and renew your agriculture exemption authorization online.
